These Terms govern your use of WeddingPlan. By using the service you agree to them. WeddingPlan is provided on an invite, hand-onboarded basis to couples and to professionals (planners, venues, and DJs).

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Access is granted by invitation and may be tied to a founder or subscription plan.

Acceptable use

Use WeddingPlan only for lawful wedding-planning purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful content, or use it to infringe others' rights. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the service or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content to you and to the people you are planning with, and to operate and improve the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per the terms shown at sign-up. Founder pricing, where offered, is described on our pricing page. Couples' one-time access and professionals' subscriptions are billed as stated at purchase.

Disclaimers and liability

WeddingPlan is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
