WeddingPlan ("WeddingPlan," "we," "us") provides a private wedding-planning portal for couples and the professionals who serve them. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. WeddingPlan is offered on an invite, hand-onboarded basis.
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), wedding-planning content you enter (timelines, music selections, vendor and guest details, budgets, notes), and basic technical data (device, browser, and usage logs) needed to run and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.
To provide and improve the planning portal, to share the wedding details you choose to share with the professionals you are working with, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the service secure. We use service providers (such as hosting and infrastructure) to operate WeddingPlan, and they may process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Couples and their planning professionals share a workspace by design: the details a couple enters are visible to the professional they are working with, and vice versa. We do not share your information with outside parties for their own marketing.
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your information by contacting us. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Questions about this policy or your data: reach us through your WeddingPlan contact or the application you were invited through.
